Front Desk Receptionist

Concept II is a leader in kitchen, bath, tile and closet design and installation in Rochester, NY. We are looking for a full-time front desk receptionist to join our growing team and lead the client experience. The Ideal applicant is personable, professional and enjoys working with clients and colleagues. Great interpersonal and communication skills are a must, both in person and on the phone. The candidate must be familiar with using general computer programs, multi-line phone systems and other standard office items. A background in marketing and/or design is a plus. We will invest the time and resources necessary to make you successful in our organization.

Work Location: In-person at our showroom in the Piano Works Plaza, East Rochester, NY
Qualifications:
- 3 – 5 years prior business experience, ideally with a background in customer service
- Marketing and/or Interior Design experience preferred but not required
- Strong Communication Skills
- Good writing and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with various other employees and customers
- Ability to reliably commute to the showroom located in East Rochester each day
Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Welcome showroom visitors friendly and promptly as the first point of contact.
- Answer incoming phone calls and routing to the appropriate person / department.
- Guide visitors through the showroom and answer basic questions on our products, services and processes.
- Book appointments and take leads for our services.
- Help with various administrative and marketing tasks as needed.
- Work collaboratively with clients, designers, installers and other colleagues.
