In a charming Pittsford neighborhood, this project is an entertainer's dream. The design seamlessly blends style and sophistication in the heart of the home where the owners frequently host family and friends.

01. THE KITCHEN

This kitchen is an entertainer’s dream. A grand center waterfall island with leathered granite countertops in Portinari enclose custom Signature cabinetry in Bedrock, a gorgeous gray-blue hue that serves as a welcome contrast to the warm, neutral stone. This centerpiece serves as the gathering place for all occassions; from everyday meals for two to party grazing for a large group. The range hood built specifically for this home is wrapped in the same leathered granite and serves as a breathtaking focal point over the dual fuel 48” Wolf range. Matte ceramic staggered stack mushroom tile graces the backsplash and features a niche perfect for keeping cutting boards, oils, and spices within reach.

The perimeter of the kitchen features Signature cabinetry in Abalone with solid bronze hardware topped with Caesarstone Cloud Burst concrete effect countertops. On one side, a Blanco Sil Granite sink faces the expansive window that offers a beautiful view of the back deck and brings in ample natural light. The opposite side boasts a full-height pantry wall with a built-in 42” Sub Zero refrigerator.

Additional features include an applied molding to the space overhead that mimics the look of coffered ceilings and a surprise doggie storage area built into the cabinetry by the back door for the homeowner’s beloved dog with sections for treats, leashes and more!

02. THE COFFEE STATION

Serving as a nice contrast the mostly neutral kitchen, the coffee bar sits adjacent to it, flanking the wall between the kitchen and living room. It features the same cabinetry color as the island - Bedrock from Signature Custom Cabinetry, but this time brings the color to the forefront making a dramatic statement. A custom walnut shelf sits on top another display of stagger stacked ceramic tile to neatly display cups and mugs. A built-in 24” Wolf Coffee System tucks nicely into the cabinetry and is ready to be used anytime to craft the perfect cup of coffee.

03. THE CUSTOM BAR

Walking through the kitchen to the living room you are greeted with a massive, custom built bar that shines bright for these homeowners. Built using custom walnut cabinetry from the CII Collection, this bar boasts two sets of pocket doors with custom uplit acrylic shelving that can easily be opened to display glasses and bottles while enteratining. The cabinetry also conceals Sub Zero refridgerator drawers and an ice maker.

Between the impressive cabinetry displays, an industrial anique bronze Kohler faucet with matching glass rinser sit alongside a bronze hammered sink. Iridescent gloss etched glass tile serves as the backdrop to the walnut shelves that display an impressive glass collection and glass uplift doors with finished intior puck lighting top everything off.

04. BRINGING IT ALL TOGETHER

If the kitchen with custom coffee station wasn’t enough, the custom living room bar really sets this project over the top! Together these spaces come together to create a comfortable, classic home that is ready to entertain at any time.
