HISTORIC KITCHEN REMODEL IN ROCHESTER, NY

When designing the kitchen in this historic 1920s colonial home, it was important to our client to stay true to the style of the house while upgrading the space to a modern standard of living. Looking to have a space to entertain family in their large home, the small kitchen and narrow butler’s pantry were combined. White painted Brookhaven inset cabinetry brings light into the space and creates plenty of practical storage space. A Sub-Zero integrated series refrigerator blends into the surrounding pantry cabinetry and a Blanco farm sink harkens by to the original pantry sink. A hutch with paned glass door replaced the original butler’s pantry style, and is ideal for displaying favorite pieces.
